BioCare B Complex contains all the B vitamins in one formulation.

Recommended intake:  one capsule taken daily with food or as professionally directed.

Contra-indications: long term intakes of 50mg vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Diabetics should consult their GP's before taking this product. Not suitable for use in pregnancy or if pregnancy is being planned. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
